Several Accounts Kena Hacked

If you rend my previous post (the amount of unfollowers, you know that I have around 1k plus followers.
This morning around 7am I check my account have 1500 followers.
After my exams around 11am, my followers increased to 1520 followers.
Then 30 minutes later, everything changed.
I can't login to my personal account.
I received a message informed me that I changed my instagram account, apparently I didn't. I tried to login many times but failed. I thought is because of my house wifi is not working, so I went to bath.
After bathing, I checked my phone again, my phone have lots of notification saying that I changed my email password, which I didn't change it!! So I faster crash back the password for email, less than 1 mins.
Facebook notification came in, say that I changed my password, I'm like NO WAY!! Faster reset password.
So some "People" hacked my instagram, email and Fb.
I managed to get back my email and fb, but my cutie instagram account  is selected by that person. 😢
I have sponsorship on hand and the blogshop's owner will send it to me in Nov, but I losted my instagram account!! I don't know how to let them know...
